Haiti quake: Martelly 'wants to get rebuild right'

Two years after the earthquake which devastated Haiti, the country's president has told the BBC "things are changing and moving", but that the rebuild must be done properly.

Michel Martelly told Laura Trevelyan that while some 5,000 families have been rehoused, the remaining 500,000 living under canvas could not simply be moved out of the camps.

"We need to identify and rehabilitate the homes and neighbourhoods these people will be moved into. We want to move fast but we also want to do it right."
