Court ruling opens door to gay marriage in Oaxaca, Mexico
Members of the gay community in Mexico's southern state of Oaxaca have been celebrating after a ruling in the country's Supreme Court overturned a law that prevented same sex marriages in the state.
While gay couples can be married in the capital, Mexico City, much opposition to same sex relationships still exists in other parts of the mainly Catholic country.
