Mexico City explosion: 'Around 30 people trapped'

At least 14 people have been killed and another 80 injured after a blast at the headquarters of state oil company Pemex in Mexico City.

Manuel Rueda is a news reporter for Mexican TV station Univision.

He told the BBC's Adnan Nawaz that office workers heard "a loud explosion", and that around 30 people were trapped in the building.
