Brazil clashes despite Rousseff plea
Brazilian police have used tear gas against protesters outside a football stadium in the city of Belo Horizonte, where Japan were playing Mexico in the Confederations Cup.
Tens of thousands took part in a demonstration in the south-eastern city, with smaller demonstrations also taking place across Brazil, a day after President Dilma Rousseff promised to respond to concerns about corruption and poor public services.
Alastair Leithead reports.
