Brazil President Dilma Rousseff sworn in for second term
Dilma Rousseff has been sworn in for a second term as president of Brazil.
Ms Rousseff, 67, has vowed to extend social welfare programmes that have lifted millions out of poverty.
But her government faces a major corruption scandal involving the state-run oil company Petrobras.
