Uruguay sued by cigarette makers over anti-smoking laws

Uruguay has been taken to a World Bank tribunal by the cigarette manufacturer Philip Morris International.

At stake is the right of an individual country to set its own public health agenda, against the right of cigarette companies to sell what is a legal product.

The tobacco giant says that Uruguay's anti-smoking policies have gone too far.

Wyre Davies reports from Montevideo.
