Cuba 'keen to update poor internet'
As the US tweaks its web regulations, Cuba is looking to radically update its internet infrastructure.
It is one of the areas up for discussion when American and Cuban officials meet for a second round of talks tomorrow in Washington.
Cuba has one of the poorest telecoms infrastructures in the world, and one of the most restricted internet environments.
The US is hoping to change that, as the BBC's Barbara Plett-Usher reports.
