Ceremony to mark reopening of US embassy in Cuba
The US Secretary of State John Kerry is attending a ceremony in Havana to mark the reopening of the United States' embassy in Cuba.
The ceremony comes more than half a century after diplomatic ties were cut between the two countries.
Three former marines who last lowered the US flag over the embassy building in 1961 are also taking part.
