Creeping paralysis: Possible link to Zika virus

The Zika virus, carried by the Aedes aegypti mosquito, is suspected of being the cause of thousands of birth deformities in Brazil.

Now the disease has moved north to Colombia, where it is being linked by some doctors to cases of paralysis.

The science behind Zika and the connection to creeping paralysis has not been scientifically proven.
