Dilma Rousseff: 'It's never too late for Brazil'

Brazil's President Dilma Rousseff says there is no need for a "mea culpa" over claims that she manipulated government accounts.

Ms Rousseff has denied the allegations. She told the BBC's Wyre Davies that Brazil is currently full of "anger, hate and persecution".
