Venezuela president increases minimum wage by 30%

Venezuela's president has ordered a 30% increase in the minimum wage, as the economy struggles with soaring inflation.

It follows a 25% increase at the beginning of March.

On Sunday, the country's clocks were moved forward by half-an-hour to save power, amid severe electricity shortages.
