Former Maduro aide: Venezuela is in a communication war

The Venezuelan attorney general has opened an investigation into the election for the National Constituent Assembly, following claims that the government inflated the voting figures.

Temir Porras, a former senior aide to Venezuela's late President Hugo Chavez and his successor, Nicolas Maduro, says both the opposition and government are politicising the voting figures.
