Mohammed Elbaradei on standing as Egypt's president
Pro-democracy leaders in Egypt are planning a "victory march" in Cairo to celebrate the overthrow of Hosni Mubarak's 30-year rule last week.
The Higher Military Council, which took over, is under pressure from activists who want the release of political prisoners, the lifting of emergency rule and free elections soon.
One opposition leader, the former UN diplomat, Mohammed ElBaradei has called the Higher Military Council a "black box", saying no-one really knows who is running the country or what they are planning.
