Clinton: Libya bloodshed 'completely unacceptable'

The US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, has criticised Colonel Gaddafi's defiant speech on state television in Libya.

She condemned Libya's crackdown on anti-regime protesters as "completely unacceptable" and called on Tripoli to respect the rights of its people.
