French FM has urged NATO to do more to succeed in Libya

Nato is not doing enough to destroy heavy weaponry used by Muammar Gaddafi's forces in Libya, according to France's foreign minister, Alain Juppe.

Mr Juppe says Libyan civilians remain at risk, despite an ongoing bombing campaign now led by Nato.

He urged Nato to take more decisive action, saying efforts so far were "not enough".
