At least 16 killed in Baghdad bomb attacks

At least 16 people have been killed, and more than 60 wounded, in a series of bomb attacks in and around the Iraqi capital, Baghdad.

Police say at least 14 roadside and car bombs had been planted, mainly in Shia areas.

Today also marks the end of British military operations in Iraq - eight years after Saddam Hussein was overthrown.

The BBC's Mike Wooldridge reports.
