Libya: 'Tribal warfare' fears in Tripoli

The Libyan government has remained defiant in the face of the advances by rebel forces.

A spokesman, Moussa Ibrahim, has called for an immediate ceasefire, warning of bloodshed on the streets if they continue their march on Tripoli.
