Syrian minister rejects bomb 'conspiracy theories'

Syrian foreign ministry spokesman Jihad al-Makdisi has dismissed suggestions that the Syrian government had a "vested interest" in twin suicide bombings that have killed at least 44 people in Damascus.

Speaking to the BBC's Lina Sinjab, he questioned what he said was a lack of condemnation from Western countries following the attacks.
