Egyptian football deaths: 'Where were police?'

Journalist and author Ashraf Khalil has questioned the level of security at an Egyptian football match that exploded into violence.

At least 73 people were killed and many others were injured in clashes between football fans after a game in Port Said.

Mr Khalil, who is based in Cairo, but is currently in Washington, spoke to BBC News about the deadly clashes.
