Syria explosions: Violence hits northern city

At least 28 people have been killed and 235 wounded in two bombs targeting security compounds in Syria's second city of Aleppo, according to state media.

It blamed the attacks on what it called armed terrorist gangs, but opposition activists blamed President Bashar al-Assad's regime, as Jim Muir reports from Beirut.
