UN vote pressed amid continuing violence in Syrian towns

A new resolution is being drawn up at the United Nations to focus on humanitarian aid for Syria. Both China and Russia have opposed previous votes.

The shelling continues in Syria, as footage is released reportedly showing the aftermath of violence in the northern town of Sarmin, near Idlib city.
