Amnesty: Syria using systematic torture

Human rights group Amnesty International says the Syrian regime is using systematic torture against its opponents.

A year after the uprising began the charity says it has found evidence of beatings, rape and electric shocks.

It is calling for those who have used torture to be held accountable.

The BBC's world affairs correspondent Allan Little reports.
