New courtroom opened in high security Lebanese prison after unrest

A new courtroom has been opened within the walls of the high security Roumieh prison in north-east Beirut.

Lebanese authorities made the move following a spate of escapes from the prison and unrest from Islamist inmates who protested about being held without trial for a number of years.

Carine Torbey reports.
