Afghan government: Taliban office to be for peace talks

Talks between the United States, Afghanistan and the Taliban which were due to begin today, have been postponed.

They are on hold because of a diplomatic row over exactly what the Taliban's new office in Doha should be called, and its purpose.

Tim Wilcox spoke with BBC correspondent, Waheed Massoud, about the demands that both the Afghan government and the Taliban are making.
