Egypt unrest: What now for the Muslim Brotherhood?

In June, President Mohammed Morsi was the elected leader of Egypt and his party the Muslim Brotherhood were in power.

Now he is under armed guard and his supporters are in custody or in hiding.

So what is the future for the Muslim Brotherhood - the country's largest and oldest Islamist organisation?
