Syrian refugees queue for winter aid in Lebanese border town

The United Nations has announced its biggest ever appeal, seeking $6.5bn (£4bn; 4.7bn euros) for humanitarian aid to Syria.

The BBC's Jim Muir reports on winter aid distribution for some registered refugees at a camp in the Lebanese border town of Arsal.
