Russia derailment: Crash on Moscow metro kills 21

The death toll in Tuesday's derailment on the Moscow metro has risen to at least 21, according to Russian authorities.

More than 100 were injured, some seriously, when a packed commuter train braked abruptly between stations in the west of the city in the morning rush hour.
