John Kerry: World 'cannot watch IS evil spread'

The US Secretary of State John Kerry is in the Iraqi capital Baghdad for talks with the country's newly formed government.

It is the start of a tour of Middle Eastern nations where he will try to rally support for the fight against Islamic State (IS) militants.
