Iraqi PM: 'We will not allow foreign troops into Iraq'
Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi has rejected as "out of the question" the possibility that foreign ground troops would be allowed to fight in his country.
President Barack Obama has told an audience of US troops their comrades fighting Islamic State (IS) militants in Iraq will not have a combat mission.
But he said the US had "unique abilities" to respond to IS, including air support for Iraqi and Kurdish fighters on the ground.
