Syrian refugee camp in Lebanon: 'Great desperation'

The UN Refugee Agency's representative in Lebanon, Ninette Kelley, says the country needs more help to cope with the massive numbers of Syrian refugees fleeing the conflict.

Speaking to the BBC's Mishal Husain, she described "the great desperation that exists here... They are protected but... it is not a dignified existence".
