Syria 'failed by UN Security Council', say aid agencies
The United Nations Security Council has failed in its duty to end the war in Syria, according to a report by a global coalition of aid agencies.
It is being published to mark the fourth anniversary of the Syrian uprising.
The report criticises the Council for "letting down" civilians and calls on governments to boost their humanitarian response as well as prioritising the search for a political solution.
Jeremy Bowen reports.
