Ramadi battle: Families flee as IS prepares to defend city

Thousands of Iraqi civilians have been fleeing Ramadi as Islamic State militants attempt to consolidate their hold on the Iraqi city.

The UN says 25,000 people have left the city, with most heading east to Baghdad.
