Desperate Iraqis 'sell their organs' to escape poverty

Police in Iraq are concerned about an increase in the illegal trade in human organs, with traffickers targeting poor families desperate to make money.

The BBC's Ahmed Maher reports from Baghdad, where one family described how they even considered selling the kidney of their young son to pay their debts.
