Concerns for 50,000 civilians trapped in Falluja

There is growing concern for the fate of an estimated 50,000 civilians trapped in the centre of Falluja in Iraq.

The Iraqi government claims that it had made some advances since the start of its campaign to drive militants from the city of Falluja, but many are still stuck.

Jim Muir, who's been embedded with the attacking Iraqi forces, reports from near Falluja.
