Syria conflict: Civilians leave rebel-held Damascus suburb Muadhamiya
Diplomatic efforts to build a peace settlement in Syria are intensifying as US Secretary of State John Kerry prepares to hold talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Geneva.
Both sides have agreed that any deal would involve a meaningful ceasefire and humanitarian access to parts of the country worst affected by the conflict.
Jeremy Bowen reports from one of those heavily affected areas, Muadhamiya, a rebel-held suburb of the capital, Damascus.
