Quelimane: One Square Mile of Mozambique

Quelimane, a town of 250,000 in northern Mozambique, has seen better days. It was once the region's bread basket producing 40% of Mozambique's GDP, with an industrial port, railway, chic business hotel and theatre, complete with three private dressing rooms for the stars.

Those days are long gone. But hope is on the way. Leo Johnson meets Manuel de Araujo, who was elected mayor in 2012 on an anti-corruption ticket and to make government work for the people.
