Spreading Pakistan floods causing misery for millions
At least 1,600 people have now died and more than four million people have been affected by the worst flooding in Pakistan's history, the UN says.
Waters in the northwest have begun to recede, but parts of Punjab and Sindh provinces are now threatened, and water-borne diseases are spreading.
