Pakistan Taliban claims Quetta attack responsibility

At least 50 people have died and almost 80 have been injured in a suicide bombing at a rally in Quetta, southwest Pakistan.

Pakistani Taliban militants say they carried out the attack, the second to target Shia Muslims this week.

The bombings come at a time when the country is grappling with unprecedented floods and millions of displaced people.

Jane-Frances Kelly reports.
