NATO oil tankers attacked by Taliban
The Taliban in Pakistan said it was behind the attack which destroyed 27 tankers that were carrying fuel for Nato troops in Afghanistan.
In the early hours of Monday morning, militants stormed the depot where dozens of tankers were being prepared for a Nato convoy near Rawat outside Islamabad.
Armed militants in Pakistan struck at the heart of NATO's supply chain. This is the third attack on a supply convoy and marks a new challenge for British troops serving in Afghanistan.
