Sri Lanka protesters demand Fonseka release
Several thousand opposition activists in Sri Lanka have protested outside the prison where the former head of the armed forces, Sarath Fonseka, is being held.
The retired general was arrested a year ago, and is serving two-and-a-half years in prison for corruption.
The demonstrators want his immediate release.
