Delhi bomb had signature of Indian group, says Indian home minister

Police in Indian-administered Kashmir have arrested six people in connection with Wednesday's attack on the Delhi high court.

They included a man suspected of sending an email claiming that a group linked to al-Qaeda and based in Pakistan - the Harkat ul Jehad al Islami - was behind it.

But in his first interview since the attack, the Indian Home Minister, P Chidambaram, told he BBC's Sanjoy Majumder the attack bore the hallmark of a local Indian group.
