BP 'frustrated' by Gulf of Mexico storm delay
Senior BP official Doug Suttles has said it is "frustrating" that a tropical storm could delay his company's plans to deal with its blown-out oil well in the Gulf of Mexico.
There is a 20-30% chance of tropical storm force winds of 39mph (63km/h) or more at the spill site by Tuesday, the US National Hurricane Center has predicted.
