'Bust' California determined to make deep financial cuts
President Obama has again defended his plan of economic stimulus and spending your way out of trouble.
But in America individual states are able to make deep cuts to basic services.
California is one of them. If it was a country, not a state, it would be one of the world's biggest economies. But it's bust.
