'Only time will tell if leaks are damaging'

The US ambassador to Britain, Louis Susman, has insisted the publishing of confidential papers by Wikileaks will not hinder future communications.

Speaking to the BBC's Bridget Kendall, Mr Susman said it was "the duty of a diplomat to report conversations" had with officials.
