Hillary Clinton urges Middle East talks 'without delay'
The US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, has urged both Israel and the Palestinians to begin tackling the core issues of their decade's-old conflict "without delay".
In a speech in Washington, she said it was time to grapple with the issues of borders, security, water, refugees and of Jerusalem itself.
Mrs Clinton has been meeting leaders from both sides, trying to re-start direct talks.
