Libya: President Obama insists 'Gaddafi needs to go'

President Obama has defended the action taken in Libya to stop the "humanitarian threat" and "atrocities " by Col Gaddafi.

Speaking at a press conference in Chile, he expressed the importance for "a wide range of tools" alongside military action to assist the UN mandate.
