Can England learn from LA riots?
The dramatic scenes in England this week have brought back memories of the LA riots in 1992, where damage estimated at $1bn was caused, with dozens killed and thousands injured.
It was about and was sparked by a police beating, and the looting, burning and violence followed a very similar pattern to what happened in Britain.
