Aung San Suu Kyi to run for office in Burma

Burma's opposition leader Aung San Suu Kyi has confirmed she will run for a parliamentary seat in the by-elections in April.

Her National League for Democracy Party decided to rejoin electoral politics amid signs that the new government is easing years of repression.

The BBC's Rachel Harvey has been to the Burmese village of Kawhmu.
