CIA chief: 'No regrets' waterboarding terror suspects

The BBC's Peter Taylor speaks to former Director of the CIA Counterterrorism Center Jose Rodriguez about using enhanced interrogation techniques, including waterboarding, against suspected members of al-Qaeda.

Mr Rodriguez has stirred controversy by defending the practice, saying he has "no regrets".

He also discusses his decision to destroy secret CIA video tapes showing agents as they used those interrogation methods.
