Drones 'can be used against US citizens abroad'

A leaked justice department memo has revealed how the US government can use drones to kill the country's own citizens abroad.

The document says citizens can legally be targeted if they are involved in ongoing plotting against the United States.

The use of drones in Pakistan and Yemen by the US has already been heavily criticised.
